You’ve selected a brand-new air conditioning system and you are ready to prepare for installation. So, what should you expect at the installation appointment?

Foremost, there are a couple things you can do ahead of time to help the installation process go smoothly. Make sure the area where the air conditioning system will be located is clear. This includes an open path so the installers don’t come across obstacles when moving the equipment to the final spot. This includes clearing the space of any tools, toys, sticks and leaves.

If you have pets, make sure they are in a kennel, crate or put in a separate area to help guarantee it’s a safe environment for the technician and your pet.

One benefit of working with May's Heating & Air on your air conditioning installation is that our experts will take the time to walk you through your new system. It’s recommended that you ask as many questions as you want while our technician installs your system. We realize how great of an investment this is and how key the air conditioner is to your home comfort. Once the system is installed, the technician will conduct testing to make sure it’s running correctly. We’ll share all the features of your new system and provide recommendations on how to reach the optimum efficiency.

While the technician will review the features, we recommend that you take the time to read the owner’s manual to become more familiar with your system. And place your manual in a safe place for future reference.

Our team is ready to help, whether you have questions about your air conditioner after the installation or you simply need to schedule routine maintenance to make sure it continues to run correctly–you can count on us.
